Method

  1. Soak the almonds over night in water
  2. Drain and put them into a blender with 2 cups of fresh water
  3. Blend on maximum speed, pause and then repeat until the mix becomes creamy.
  4. Strain through a very fine jam sock into a wide mouthed jug or bowl.
  5. Transfer to a jug or bottle with a lid.
  6. Add Stevia drops to sweeten (around 5 drops should be sufficient)
  7. Keep in fridge
This should last for around three days in the fridge.
