- Soak the almonds over night in water
- Drain and put them into a blender with 2 cups of fresh water
- Blend on maximum speed, pause and then repeat until the mix becomes creamy.
- Strain through a very fine jam sock into a wide mouthed jug or bowl.
- Transfer to a jug or bottle with a lid.
- Add Stevia drops to sweeten (around 5 drops should be sufficient)
- Keep in fridge
This should last for around three days in the fridge.
