1.  Wash the lemons
  2.  Cut into smaller segments and then juice them
  3.  Pour  juice into a 1 litre bottle (with a top)
  4.  Add the Stevia
  5.  Fill the remainder of the bottle with spring / alkaline water
  6.  Shake contents and put into the fridge
  7.  Serve chilled with a sprig of fresh mint.
  8.  Serves 4
